The work that exists here
Aerowis is a DGCA-focused ground academy. The jobs that belong in this building are papers, cadet files and the front desk.
Ground school faculty
Navigation, Meteorology, Air Regulations and Technical General. An aviation background helps. Teaching experience on DGCA papers is an advantage.
Cadet guidance
Walk cadets through exams, medicals and applications. Communication matters as much as flying hours.
Admissions desk
First conversation with aspiring pilots and parents. Enquiry to enrolment — without inventing a fee on the call.
Operations
Batch scheduling, records, hostel coordination. The systems that keep a flight desk honest.
Email your CV to info@aerowis.com with the role in the subject line. Shortlisted people sit a technical or teaching conversation, then a panel.
