Most commercial pilot cadets do not skip a stage. Join at the one you are already on. The numbers below are sequence, not a scoreboard.

Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English. Age 17+. DGCA Class 2, with guidance toward Class 1.
02
Air Navigation, Meteorology, Air Regulations and Technical General — CPL ground classes in Calicut that airline cadet panels screen first.
03
ADAPT, psychometric tests, group discussion and interviews. Formats follow current airline practice. A pass is not a joining letter.

Some airlines hire first and type-rate later. Aerowis coordinates the plan. Bond terms belong to the airline, not this page.
Simulator familiarisation can sit in a Calicut batch plan. It is cockpit orientation — not the airline simulator you may later sit, and not a type rating. See the session brief.
Fees, bonds and airline vacancies stay off this page. The Calicut desk will not invent a cadet intake that is not open.
Eligibility, hours, cost and what a CPL actually is. Fees stay off the page.
Talk to a Career AdvisorTo enroll in the CPL program, candidates must have completed higher secondary education with Physics, Mathematics, and English. They must also be at least 17 years old and possess a valid DGCA Class 2 Medical certificate.
The duration varies based on the program. The CPL program typically takes 18-24 months, including ground school and a minimum of 200 flight hours required for DGCA license conversion.
