What the path is, what the cost involves, and what we will not promise.
From medicals and ground training to flight training, conversion and airline preparation, understand what each stage involves and what comes next.
Pilot training is not one fixed price. Costs vary based on the country, flying hours, licence requirements and individual progress. We explain the costs involved at each stage.
We prepare you for airline selection through structured training and guidance. An airline seat cannot be promised. Selection depends on your performance, eligibility and the airline's requirements.

For CPL: higher secondary with Physics, Mathematics and English, age 17 or above, and a DGCA Class 2 medical. Aerowis also guides Class 1 medicals.
You need Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English, be at least 17, and hold a DGCA Class 2 medical for the Commercial Pilot Licence. Aerowis also guides you through the Class 1 medical, which is needed later. Get your medical checked early, so you know where you stand before you pay for training.
Aerowis does not publish a single price, because cost depends on the licence, the country you fly in and the hours you need. Flying hours make up most of the bill. A career advisor can give you an estimate based on your file, with ground school, flying, exams and medicals listed separately.
CPL flight training typically takes 12 to 18 months, including the 200-hour minimum, after a six-month ground school in Calicut. Plan on roughly 18 to 24 months from your first class to a licence. Exams, medicals, weather and training slots can stretch that. A type rating is a separate course after your CPL.
Aerowis provides flight training in India and works with recognised organisations in the Philippines, South Africa, Greece and the United States. Aerowis coordinates the process, so you do not have to find a flying school alone. Individual partner schools are not named here, so ask the admissions team which one fits your budget and timeline.
After ground school you finish your medicals and computer number, then complete flying hours through the Aerowis network. If you train abroad, conversion flying comes next, so your licence is valid in India. Then you move to airline preparation. Aerowis guides each step, so you always know what comes next.
Yes. Aerowis helps with Class 1 and Class 2 medicals, your DGCA computer number and licensing paperwork from start to finish. It also supports foreign licence conversion for pilots who train abroad. Share your qualification with an advisor, and they will map out which documents you need and when.
After a CPL, you prepare for airline selection: ADAPT, psychometric tests, group discussion and interviews when vacancies open. Airlines may then ask you to complete a type rating, such as the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737. A CPL does not guarantee a seat, because airlines make their own hiring decisions.
Yes. Aerowis guides you from your first eligibility conversation through to interview mentoring. That covers choosing the right licence path, planning medicals and flying hours, and preparing for airline selection with ADAPT, group discussion and interview practice. Ask an advisor to map out your next step.
Aerowis has not published a separate international-admissions programme, so the best step is to speak with the Calicut admissions desk about your case. Share your nationality, qualification and the course you are considering. The team will tell you what is possible and which documents apply to you.
A PPL is the private licence, a first flying qualification, while a CPL is the professional path that lets you fly for pay. A PPL typically takes four to six months. CPL flight training typically takes 12 to 18 months with a minimum of 200 flight hours. A CPL alone does not qualify you to fly an airliner.
