Why Aerowis

More Than Training. A Complete Aviation Journey.

01

Mentored by airline pilots

Learn from experienced captains trained across the US, South Africa, and India. Every one is DGCA licensed, mentoring you through every stage of the journey.

02

Not just a ground school

Ground school → cadet preparation → flight training → conversion → type rating → airline preparation. One continuous pipeline, not a single milestone.

03

Train beyond the classroom

Ground classes include presentations, group discussions, and vivas to build communication skills, along with simulator familiarization before you step onto a partner ramp.

04

Access flight training through Aerowis’s network across India, the Philippines, South Africa, Greece, and the United States.

What the path is, what the cost involves, and what we will not promise.

The Path

From medicals and ground training to flight training, conversion and airline preparation, understand what each stage involves and what comes next.

The Cost

Pilot training is not one fixed price. Costs vary based on the country, flying hours, licence requirements and individual progress. We explain the costs involved at each stage.

What We Won't Promise

We prepare you for airline selection through structured training and guidance. An airline seat cannot be promised. Selection depends on your performance, eligibility and the airline's requirements.

Questions

Thinking About Becoming a Pilot?

For CPL: higher secondary with Physics, Mathematics and English, age 17 or above, and a DGCA Class 2 medical. Aerowis also guides Class 1 medicals.

Aerowis does not publish a single price. Cost depends on the licence, the country you fly in, and the hours required. Speak with a career advisor for a file-specific estimate.

Typically 18–24 months, including ground school and the minimum 200 flight hours required for DGCA licence conversion. Ground training in Calicut is a six-month course.

Aerowis provides flight training in India and works with internationally recognised organisations in South Africa, the United States, New Zealand, and other global locations. We do not name individual partner schools here.

Medicals and computer number, then flying hours through the network, then conversion flying when the licence needs it, then airline preparation.

Yes. End-to-end assistance for Class 1 and Class 2 medicals, computer number, and licensing paperwork.

Airline preparation: ADAPT, psychometric tests, group discussion and interviews when vacancies open. A CPL does not guarantee a seat.

Yes — from the first eligibility conversation through interview mentoring.

Aerowis has not published a separate international-admissions programme. Speak with the Calicut admissions desk about your case.

Both are offered. PPL is the private licence — a first flying qualification. CPL is the professional path, typically 18–24 months with a 200-hour conversion requirement.
